Apply at first light on first tingling, then fade away gradually. Do not rub in cold or flu-caused areas of the skin. Wash your hands after use. Do not apply to open wounds or irritated skin. Apply for 10 minutes. Wash your hands again after application. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use on eyes, skin or genitals. Store in the original package until use. To treat cold sores, Zovirax Cream should be used regularly to bring out the most of the active ingredient, which is the most important and common cause of cold sores. The most common treatment for cold sores is to use Zovirax Cream every day.
